Karoline is a seasoned marketing strategist and former creative director with vast expertise and proven results in strategy, planning, and creative. She has worked with various advertising agencies, large brands, and boutique digital firms across the US and Canada.
After years working in the advertising world, Karoline recognized the need for specialized strategy talent focused on helping brands create better connections with consumers. The disruption of content on traditional advertising was not being addressed by agencies. In 2008, Karoline founded NextThink, to be able to provide a focused and specialized set of services to fill that gap, support a range of advertising agencies and brands, and help them create better connections & bottom line results.
